Anthony is a public health physician who has worked in public policy, health promotion, digital health, and Aboriginal health. His health protection experiences include pandemic emergency response and environmental health. Anthony believes that ‘health for all’ is not just a pipe dream, but achievable in our generation.
Molly Kennedy BA MN GDipMid MIPH
Engagement Manager
Molly is a healthcare consultant with expertise in the areas of strategic planning, health-focused research, and business improvement. Molly has a clinical background in nursing and midwifery, and her career has had a particular focus on the provision of health care to vulnerable populations and in low-resource settings. Molly has held senior positions in both clinical and non-clinical roles across North America, Africa, the Middle East, and the Australia Pacific region.
Dr Laksmi Govindsamy BMed BA MD DCH MPH MIPH DRANZCOG FAFPHM
Public Health Physician
Laksmi is an advanced trainee in Emergency Medicine and a Public Health Physician. She received the RACP AFPHM Sue Morey Medal in 2021. She is a PhD Candidate with Swinburne University, supported by an ACEM SUPRA scholarship, exploring gender and leadership development in Emergency Medicine. Laksmi hopes that her career will contribute to addressing health inequity in Australia and globally. She lives and works on the lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation.
Elizabeth Wilson BSci MPH MBiostat
Senior Biostatistician
Elizabeth is a biostatistician with expertise working with administrative health data and managing large cross-agency, cross jurisdictional data linkage projects for government priority projects. Elizabeth has experience designing and evaluating data linkage studies, as well as analysing linked data. Elizabeth is passionate about translating evidence into public health action.

Senior Biostatistician
Nicholas is a biostatistician with expertise in health service planning, public health surveillance in communicable diseases, and measurement science. Nicholas has experience in research, including clinical trials, and health administration, and using linked data to plan acute hospital services. His work has focused on the use of analytics to support professional practice.

Public Health Physician
Elaine is a dual-trained Public Health and Infectious Diseases Physician. She divides her time between clinical and public health work and is passionate about seeing the big picture and finding upstream solutions to health problems. Elaine has experience in working with diverse populations globally, qualitative and quantitative research, health protection and public health policy.

Debbie is a public health professional with experience in public policy, health protection and emergency management. She has demonstrated capability in quantitative and qualitative research, policy development and strategic planning. Debbie is committed to addressing health disparities and achieving health equity, and hopes her work contributes to improving the overall health and wellbeing of communities in Australia and overseas.

Tania is a proud Aboriginal woman from the Wonnarua nation. She has dedicated over 30 years to Aboriginal Affairs, in policy development and with a special focus on public health and the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Sector. Through her work, Tania wishes to drive meaningful change in all areas of health and keeping governments accountable for their commitments to the Closing the Gap priority reforms.
